Is this a form of exersize?

Well I work at Publix, and Im always walking and standing up and grabbing things and putting them somewhere and bla bla bla D: I also go outside twice a day for an hour and collect shopping carts..I was wondering..Is this exersize :D Cause I Been workin there for 2 weeks about and someone was telling me that I looked like I lost a few lbs O_o Which is awsome cause its better then me sitting around on my *** D: Im 16 so if this is exersize then thats great ! :DD Cause its like im losing weight little by little AND getting paid !?!?! Woo Hoo !! :DD
