I want to grow my hair straight,softer,and grow longer?

I have short thick hard to move and brush and I want Zac Efron from High School Musical movie's hair from the third one. but my hair wont grow fast,straight,soft,or longer I will do anything to get rid of my thick thick thick thick hair hair 5/5 if answered right and correctly.THANKS:) TJ
