Solider jailed over these rap lyrics...do you think he deserved it?

Getting jailed over free speech.That's Genius.Also,filled with threats?There's one line citing violence and it doesn't name names.Basically,considering it's the army he wouldn't have a mental health problem,and I don't think he was thinking about going full metal jacket.It's idiotic he's in jail.
