Starting therapy soon....?

Just because you're not "depressed" does not mean you don't need therapy....I can't say if you do or don't, but it's worth just checking out for a couple sessions and see how you feel, where it goes. There's no commitment to continue if you feel you don't need it, but you have nothing to lose. Maybe you'll learn coping methods or work on other stuff not related to depression, or other issues you might not be aware of. First session or two you'll get a feel of what needs to be talked about initially, and if it's a good fit. Good luck with this!
