You shoudn't have any problem at all. When you arrive in Hong Kong you'll need to go through a security check point to transfer to the departure level. As long as you buy the whiskey in the departure level you should be fine. They will seal the whiskey in a clear, thick plastic bag that you are not allowed to open until reach Bangalore.
