Help with a "dating/ hanging out" scenerio please.?

I met a girl a few weeks ago of whom I took a liking to from the start. She is enegetic, carasmatic and a breath of fresh air, really. We have already cuddled in my truck, we have also have had a couple of drinks while at a friends house as she cuddled next to me and held her. Last night we were in her card listening to music; and after about an hour I ansked her if I could kiss her, she smiled and we kissed. I was a great few minutes. Now, she had let me hold her, cuddle with her and snuggle with her before the kiss. I had even kissed her neck a few times and vise versa. But we have not talked about what our intentions are in what we are doing. Should I say somthing to her about this? I do like her, I don't want to mess somthing up.
