39 weeks, could labour be starting?

im 39 weeks and 2 days. i think ive just lost my plug but im not too sure. it was like a clear jelly discharge but there was only a small blob. that was about an hour ago and just now i checked again and had like a stringy sticky discharge (clear). ive been having braxton hicks for a few weeks but they seem to be getting a lot more painfull. so painfull that i cant move or speak until it pes, although they are not regular. i had my midwife appointment last week and she said baby was 4/5ths engaged (she goes by 0/5ths being not engaged and 5/5ths being fully engaged). please tell me labour is on its way, i cant stick it anymore!! lol
