13w5d pregnant and HORRIBLE cold - can it cause a miscarriage?

I am 13 weeks pregnant and have a TERRIBLE cold. I dont think I have ever had a cold like this before. It started last Thursday. I had a regular ob check up and the hb was 160. I just had a sore throat that day. It has progressed and has gotten MUCH worse. I am coughing up gross dark green chunky mucus stuff in the AM and am really congested - I am so scared that all of the coughing can cause a m/c. I cough so hard that i gag. I have another dr appt later today but I am so concerned. I have very light cramping, but I dont know if its from teh coughing or if its from the uterus stretching. Should I be worried about miscarrying? I had 2 very early m/c last year and this is the furthest I have ever made it. Please, any advice? What are my chances that cough and blowing my nose constatly will lead to m/c?
