Does anyone know anything about Hokem's Disease of the Heart?

I have been to a number of doctors none of whom know anything about Hokems. I know that it exists because my father could not be revived after having a stroke apparently because he had this disease. It is hereditary but I know little else. Thanks in advance for any advice/links about this disease...
