Only if u have pokemon diamond or pearl?

ok i got my mystery gift its a legendary trio of johto its a shiny entei. i got it but it says to go to a pokemart to get it by a delivery man. i go to a pokemart and there is no green delivery man there i need help how can i get my gift plz help
