Can you ovulate out of both sides the same time?

I was having lower right side cramps for a couple days in a row, and now I feel some lower left side cramps. I am on CD 18 now, and I took my first round of Clomid days 2-6 this month. What do you think is going on? I have BD'd every other day like I was supposed to....
