Who should I start week 1 QB Fantasy Football?

Carson Palmer I say this because you never know how Donovan's first start could go with a new team, especially against the dallas defense. Kevin Kolb, in my opinion shouldn't even be starting, he is average at best not same caliber of player as the other two options.
