This week in Austin TX at the state capitol. Are they rulling to pull evolution from schools?

Has anyone heard anything about that. I had heard on the radio that the state of TX was wanting to pull darwinism and evolution out of TX schools. Is that true? I may have just caught the end of it when I turned the radio on. But that is what I heard. Does any one know the outcome of that ruling. They where also wanting to put creationism in it's place. Please inform me if you know of anything.
