What is this rash on my baby's face?

There is a rash on muy 3 month old's face (cheeks, chin, jaw). She uses a pacifier, doesn't drool much but does spit up quite a bit. I know its not ringworms bit it appears kind of clustery and slightly more red than her normal complexion. The skin around there seems a little dry but its not eczema. Any Idea what this could be and how I could treat it? Our next dr's appt is in april and the dr said not to bother coming in of its not itchy or causing health problems (she's 3 months old.. i can't tell if its itchy).
