Wasn't Our Country Founded by People that were not Politically Correct?

Freedom of Speech & Artistic Expression are Rights that our Constitution & Bill of Rights Guarantee. It doesn't say "you have this Right as long as it is Politically Correct & Everyone Agrees with what you are Saying" Does it? So if we make a T-Shirts that says "Who Shot Obama?" & Sell It, How is that different from one that says "Kill Saddam" or "Bomb Iran", we are not saying to do this Horrific Act Like those sayings.
