I'm looking for a country song?

Ok I know this played on GAC at some point because that's where I saw it at but I can't remember any of the lyrics. In the video this girl is in a bad marriage, the husband was her highschool sweetheart and it's something about he was going places and now he's at a dead in job I think he works at a gas station. Anyway In the middle of the night she takes her to kids and puts them in the car and drives away and when she's getting in the car you see first herself as a child, then a teen, then finally as a women. Please help it's driving me crazy. I think the song is called heartache or something along those lines.
