What should be your tax filing status if your married overseas?

My wife is Colombian. I am a U.S. citizen. We got married in Colombia. She has yet to step foot in the U.S. I have filed the necessary papers to bring her here legally. She is still in Colombia waiting for everything to go through. This is going to be the first time for me filing my tax return after I got married. How do I file? I am confused.
