What do you think? - Dr. Tiller's shooter may only get 5 years since it was in the defense of others (unborn)?

I'm reading answers for what one would expect with mob mentality. Being as i live in Ks. i think most of you who are over reacting to a unlikely ruling that even if allowed only means there is a very slight possibility he would only get 5 yrs but he more than likely is looking at life with no chance for parole.
