Painful skin rash!!!!?

My symptoms are--I'm tired all of the time. I wake up in the morning and I'm ready to lay right back down. I am urinating it seems like 20 times a day. I am bloated and have swollen extermities. Usually about 5-15 minutes after I eat I have to go to the bathroom and have loose stool. I also have a painful skin rash that is accompianed by blisters. The rash is on my arms, back, trunk and thighs. I have been to the doctor for my rash and she told me it was like a fungus so she gave me anti fungul cream. Ok well I might be ok with that but I'm not a dirty person and the rash keeps reappearing every two to three weeks and it hurts like hell. I do have but the doctor told me it's not shingles because you only get that once and it's not reaccuring. I have been tested for diabetes and my sugar levels are fine. I'm tired of doctors but I just recently found out my son has Crone's disease. My mother ped away yrs ago from Crone's at 54 and I'm 41......... any suggestions???
