My QB, Kurt Warner, is on a bye. Should I use Shaun Hill or Kerry Collins in week 4?

It depends on your league rules. If QB turnovers count against you, I would take Hill. He isn't flashy but he doesn't turn the ball over and usually has good yardage. The downside is that he is averaging just one touchdown a game. He should have a decent game against the Rams. Collins has a little better numbers so far but the Titan's offense hasn't been great.
