Mushroom hunting OYSTER mushrooms?

What do you think about the little creepy crawlies that ALWAYS infest oyster mushrooms? What do you do about them? Usually, I just flick away all of those little beetles but I find the little worms (nematodes?) disturbing. I figured, heck, I'm tossin' em in scalding hot er so no big deal. Plus, they are cleaned up to the best of my ability. Think there is any danger still yet?
