Mets Fans Would This Save Our Team?

I think you have some great ideas but I'm not a mets fan so I'm not aware of the Mets strengths or weaknesses. Ichiro would be a great addition to any team. Great out fielder and hitter. I see him staying with the M's through 2009. I just don't think Ichiro is the fit for the M's..he's one of their greatest players other than Edgar Martinez. I think he would be interested in going into a contender in 2010 because he's getting older and someone like him deserves to be with a winning team that will get into the play offs. K-Rod would also be a good guy to add to your bullpen..he's a great pitcher. If your M's can contend and Ichiro is interested he might just consider being a Met but I honestly don't see that happening.
