I received a monetary determination letter for unemployment. How long will it take for me to get benefits?

I received the letter yesterday from Louisiana Dept of Labor and it shows the eligibility amount and # of weeks I qualify to receive the benefits. Does this mean I will start getting my unemployment pymts soon or no? I also requested direct deposit of my benefits.
