I once did the atkins (about 4 years ago) and lost about 50 pounds; over the course of time, I gained more than half of it back. I did the diet again for about 3 months and lost about 30 pounds. I am tired of the diet, and I think a healthy diet needs to include carbohydrates and natural sugars. Has anyone a similar experience with this diet where you loose the weight, but then gain either some of it, or all of it back? I do exercise, though not as much as I would like.
